Commercial Door International, (CDI) is conveniently located in the heart of
Tampa Bay, filled with sunny
beaches and bright beginnings. Since its inceptions in May of 2000, CDI has
efficiently provided the Florida
market with door fenestration products. Ninety percent of our business is
stemmed from the South Florida
area where our product is present in most well-known high rises, condominiums
and business buildings.
In the recent year, CDI has enjoyed the opportunity to place our product in our
own backyard including the
new developments in Channelside and downtown Tampa. CDI's reputation has become
one filled with
creative ideas that far surpass standards established within the door
fenestration enterprise.
CDI's vision concentrates on designing quality products that not only withstand,
but far surpass the stringent
building codes in place. With codes dramatically changing each year, CDI prides
itself in the disposition and
compliant stature upheld within our industry.
CDI's customers are primarily the curtain wall manufacturers located
sporadically throughout the Eastern
United States. Recent positive word of mouth about CDI has led us into new
areas and we are currently
working on projects that are located in the Northeast of the US.

Our doors are individually
hand-crafted and are of the highest quality. We manufacture hurricane impact,
high-end doors which are
typically located on hotel lobbies and balconies. CDI's most recent door tested
was 10' and received design
loads of a plain door +100/-100 and a fully loaded door of +120/-120. We are
proud to say we are the only
manufacturer to receive these high ratings.
Our newest products have opened the door for CDI to have presence in all strip
malls and storefront systems.
We have started building the sidelights and transoms that connect alongside and
above the doors. This
next step enables CDI to better serve our customers and add a new customer base
to our company. Doing
such has advanced CDI another lever towards one stop shopping.
